Comfort / Encouragement Card Swap 2025
SIGN UP DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 15TH, 2024
Actual Card Swap is, Saturday, January 25th, 2025 at 11 am.
The way the swap works:
Each person participating will be asked to create their own Comfort or Encouragement Themed card design...then duplicate it X the number of participants + 1 for us to put on display in the store. We will let everyone know the # to create once the sign-up period has passed. Please include envelopes with each of your cards. It is totally up to you whether you wish to decorate them to match your cards.
If you are interested in joining our swap this year, please Click Add to cart and Checkout (it is free, but you will need to do this step to get your name on our list, there is NO CHARGE to participate.
If you sign up, please be courteous of others who are participating and FULLY COMMIT to getting your cards finished by the meeting date in January. If you are unable to make the meeting, please make arrangements to drop off your cards before the meeting date and we will gladly pass out your cards and collect your allotment of cards from the other participants.
We expect our participation to grow as the sign-up deadline approaches! This is why we give participants several weeks to get their cards made.
