We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays or during the time when we are away hosting our retreats. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages
https://www.thecraftlab.com/ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take photos of any damage and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and notify us immediately.

Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept authorized returns within 21 days of ship date. Please review information below carefully for requirements and exceptions.
Required Notification of Return: You must notify us via email in advance of making a return to get an RMA# before sending any items back. Send return requests to: amy@thecraftlab.com with the subject: RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST. Additional information will be required of the customer prior to acceptance of a return. Name, phone number, email, shipping address, reason for return request and receipt with order # as proof of purchase are required. Return shipment costs are at the expense of the customer. Any products returned without notification and a clearly written RMA# will be “returned to sender” and no refund will be issued. There are some restrictions to returns as indicated below.
Papers and Consumable Items: We do not accept returns on papers and other consumable items such as paints and other mediums, magazines, or downloadable items.
Packaged Product: Authorized returns accepted for store credit if packaging and product received is in “like new”, resalable condition. Item must be unopened and undamaged (packaging and product). If we receive an authorized return of packaged product that is not in “like new” condition, there will be a 25% restocking fee depending on the product's condition and a store credit will be given for the remaining balance. If you are in doubt as to whether it is in "like new", resalable condition, you are welcome to send us photos for verification of condition before going to the expense of shipping the item back to us.
Special Orders: Special orders will be paid for in full prior to ordering and are non-returnable. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis if applicable.
